Children’s Religious Education
Our Credentialed Director of Religious Education (DRE) is Heidi Jannsch.
The Children’s RE Committee assists with special events, monitoring progress, and aiding the program in whatever ways are needed.
The curriculum is selected by Heidi in consultation with the RE Committee, and changes every year to suit the various age levels of children that are attending. Each class is taught by a committee member or volunteer, and always has an assistant present at all times.
For infants and toddlers, there is a nursery available staffed by a volunteer and assistant.
During the summer months, we have a diverse schedule of activities in which members of the congregation share their skills and interests.
Adult Religious Education is offered at various times and is dictated by interests of the congregation.
