Daring to Do Right
Presented by Mark Bernstein
Moral courage is the willingness to act on your ethical judgment even when doing so brings fear, backlash, or personal cost. Throughout our Unitarian Universalist history, numerous stories of moral courage have served as inspiration for us today and helped to define who we are as Unitarian Universalists. Here are just a few of those stories.
Mark Bernstein is a 32 year member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Delaware County in Media, Pennsylvania. A former staff member with the Central East Region of the UUA, he continues to work with congregations offering sermons and facilitating Board and Congregational retreats.
