Dr. Rev. Kendyl Gibbons, long time president of the American Humanists, created spiritual practices for UUs. Gibbons’ other practices were: beauty, ambiguity, covenant, and gratitude. Metaphor takes us deeper into our spirit and faith. Come, let’s go deeper together.
Bio: The Rev Rosemarie Newberry is a retired UU minister. She was a chaplain for adults with developmental disabilities and served congregations in NY, OH and NJ, including here at UUCSJS. She lives in Middletown NJ, a grandmother of 4, and works fiercely combatting extremism in our schools: book banning, anti trans policies and school vouchers.
