Theology on Tap, Yes That Tap!

Theology on Tap is for young adults or older folks, combining fellowship and casual drinks at pubs, sometimes with a guest speaker and Q and A session. There’s plenty of time to socialize in a no-pressure environment. It brings faith, fellowship, and fun in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. It combines community, invitation and hospitality. Most of us are spiritual in some way especially about current environmental challenges. Even Atheists who believe religion being akin to believing in fairies! They say, folks, before you bail, come together this Friday night. Maintain relevance.
I’ll be honored to present how it meshes with UUs wild and holy vision, while supporting individual’s search for truth, meaning, and spiritual growth. That heritage of Freedom, Reason, Hope, Courage, and Love, the power that holds us together! Amen!
Denise has degrees in Theology from St Joseph University BA. (’75) and Villanova University. MA. (‘90) and taught for three years at the Archdiocese Philadelphia and 25 years at Archmere Academy. She has led courses in Social Justice, Death and Dying, and Sexual Morality.
She is a grateful pancreatic cancer survivor, with three years in remission! After she retired, she moved to the shore with Harold, her husband, rock, and the love of her life to spend time enjoying visits with her kids and grandkids.
