Buddhist Happiness Practice
Dennis Bohn

There is a widespread misunderstanding that the Buddha taught that life is suffering. While the Buddha did teach that suffering exists, he also taught that joy and happiness exist, and in fact that there is an end to suffering. We’ll look at practical ways to actualize the teachings of living in present each day and to nourish happiness, joy, and peace in our daily lives.

Bio: Dennis Bohn studied Comparative Literature at Rutgers College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following a mid-life career change to Information Technology, he worked for Adelphi University as a System Administrator and Network Manager. He retired in 2015 and now devotes himself fully to building community and deepening his Buddhist practice.
