The Beauty of Taoism
Presented by Deb Dagavarian
Deb’s long-term interest in Taoism stems from a paper she wrote as a student at McGill University in Montreal in the early ‘70s. Since that time, she has read numerous translations of Lao Tzu’s Way of Life, and enjoys the differences among translations. Come hear the beauty of this philosophy as expressed by scholars and poets.
Deb Dagavarian, a Unitarian since the ‘60s, retired after a long career in university administration and teaching. She has published two books on baseball, and many journal articles on subjects ranging from learning assessment to accreditation to baseball.
