On February 10 Barbara Morell, Kaulette Johnson, and Janet Longo had the opportunity to attend this year‘s Faith Action Gala held in Princeton. The theme was immigration. It is of note, New Jersey has the second highest immigrant population in the US. We were able to network with six organizations which support immigrants in New Jersey. They include New Jersey Alliance for Immigrant Justice, American Friends Service Committee, First Friends of New Jersey and New York, the Jewish Center/Interfaith Refugee Resettlement Committee (Princeton), Interfaith-Rise (Highland Park), and New Labor. We look forward to building relationships with these organizations in the near future.
